AutoMatchSA terms and conditions for buyers, dealers and sales executives.
1. Introduction
Welcome to AutoMatchSA. By accessing or using this website, platform, forms or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Description
AutoMatchSA provides vehicle buying-power estimation, buyer-to-dealer matching, dealer opportunity routing, sales executive platform services and related automotive lead-generation services.
AutoMatchSA does not directly provide vehicle finance approval, does not act as a bank, and does not directly sell vehicles. Final finance approval, vehicle availability, pricing and dealership transactions remain subject to third-party dealer, bank and finance provider processes.
3. Payments Processed Through PayFast
Payments processed through AutoMatchSA and PayFast may include:
- Sales Executive subscriptions
- Platform activation fees
- Dealer-related service fees
- Premium platform services
- Success-fee related services where applicable
4. Buyer Use
Buyers agree to provide accurate information when submitting buying-power, affordability, vehicle preference or contact details. The first buying-power estimate is a guidance tool and does not represent guaranteed finance approval.
5. Dealer and Sales Executive Access
Dealer and Sales Executive access may be subject to registration, approval, payment confirmation and platform activation. AutoMatchSA may approve, suspend or remove access where misuse, inaccurate information or non-compliance is identified.
6. Subscriptions and Platform Access
Subscription services may provide access to platform tools, stock visibility, lead routing, dashboard access, sales executive features or other digital services. Access may be limited by package, payment status or approval status.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of platform access, lead-routing services and subscription-based services, certain fees may be non-refundable once access has been activated, services have been delivered, or lead opportunities have been routed.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
8. Privacy and POPIA
AutoMatchSA processes personal information in accordance with South African POPIA requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and POPIA Compliance pages for more information.
9. Limitation of Liability
AutoMatchSA is not responsible for third-party dealership decisions, finance outcomes, vehicle pricing, stock availability, bank approvals, sales executive conduct or final vehicle transactions.
